A  historic house from 1880 featuring original details is for sale for the low, low price of  $105,000. But there is a catch.

The buyer must get along with the ghosts. The home has drawn some attention for its spooky reputation.

“It has been on ‘Haunted in the Heartland’ and was built by one of the original stonemasons of Atchison, KS,” explains listing agent Lauren Pierce, with BG & Associates.

“They did some things on the TV show where they released all of the bad energy and bad juju, so there’s nothing but good people there now,” Pierce adds.

Built in 1700, a New Hampshire Farmhouse on Over 100 Acres Is the Week’s Oldest Property

A New England farmhouse in Winchester, NH, is the oldest property to hit the market this week on Realtor.com®.

The Scales House is accompanied by more than 100 acres, which boast open fields, a year-round stream, and even a waterfall. It also abuts three lots with an additional 60 acres available for purchase. The house is said to be where horses were weighed to determine their weight class during horse-pulling contests.

Other antiques on the market this week include a former inn and stagecoach stop in Connecticut, a waterfront farmhouse in Maine, and three properties being sold together on Nantucket.

‘Oh, My Lord!’: Dave and Jenny Marrs of ‘Fixer to Fabulous’ Reveal Where $7K May Be Hiding in a House
